| Under section 3 of the Right to information Act, 2005, any, citizen of Indian can seek information related to Employees’ State Insurance Corporation by submitting an application with requisite fee from the following central Public Information Officers (CPIOs) and in case he does not receive a decision within the specified time or disagree by the decision of the CPIO, may prefer an appeal to the following Appellate Authority(within the meanings of sections 19(1) of the RTI Act):- |
