Under Section 74 of the ESI Act , E.I. Courts are constituted in such local area in the state as may be specified in the notification issued by the State Govt. in the official Gazette.

As per the provisions of different Section 75 to Section 78 of the ESI Act 1948, the Court mainly decides the matters related to question or dispute arises between I.P. & Corporation, Employer & Corporation, Employer & I.P. etc, with regard to interpretation of section 2 (9)/2 (22) etc. of the ESI Act. The important features reg. presecution being launched & more details etc. are specified under section 75(1)(a) to (g) & 75 (2)(a) to (e) in ESI Act 1948. |
